Protection and PSEA

NASDO treats protection as a core duty, not an add-on. The organisation runs Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse training for staff, volunteers, and partners, with a zero-tolerance policy, confidential reporting, and clear investigation steps.

Training covers definitions and examples, international frameworks, safe recruitment, focal points, survivor support, and practical case work. Delivery includes workshops, e-learning, handbooks, and refreshers.
