Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse training

NASDO ran a comprehensive PSEA training programme to equip staff, volunteers, and partners to prevent and respond to sexual exploitation and abuse.

Sessions covered definitions and examples, international frameworks, NASDO’s zero-tolerance policy, safe recruitment, confidential reporting, focal points, survivor support, investigations, and practical case exercises.

Training is delivered through workshops, e-learning, handbooks, and refreshers so safeguarding stays part of everyday work.
