NASDO Participates in National Climate Outlook Forum – Gu 2026

Our Director, Mr. Abdulrahman Mohamed Hassan participated today in the National Climate Outlook Forum – Gu 2026, officially inaugurated in Mogadishu.

The forum presented the Gu 2026 rainfall forecast, examined potential drought impacts, and highlighted the essential role of early warning systems and climate information services in supporting risk-informed decision-making to protect lives and livelihoods.

Our Director emphasized that collaboration between government institutions, local NGOs, and international partners is key to translating climate data into actionable interventions for vulnerable communities.
